Why have you created me a user account?

Every league member has had a user account created for them as this will eventually link with your results, percentages, ranking and score submission. It was also considered an extra helping hand for you to go and contribute to the website through the forum and commenting system!

I'm a league member but I don't have a user account - how can I get one?

This is because we do not have your email address. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message and your email address. We will ask a few security questions just to be sure you are who you say you are!

How do I change my password?

First log in with your username and password, then you should see the 'User Menu' on the left-hand side. Then go to your Profile Page by clicking on the 'Your User Profile' option in the user menu. From here, move your mouse over the 'Edit' option above your name and choose 'Update Your Profile'. From here, make sure you are on the 'Contact Info' page and enter your new password in both the 'Password' and 'Verify Password' boxes and click 'Update'.

Why do I have to keep logging in?

Once you login, for security reasons if you are inactive for 30 minutes you will have to log in again. If you are not on a public computer, you can tick the 'Remember Me' box which will automatically log you back in.

How do I add a picture to my profile?

First log in with your username and password, then you should see the 'User Menu' on the left-hand side. Then go to your Profile Page by clicking on the 'Your User Profile' option in the user menu. From here, move your mouse over the 'Edit' option above your name and choose 'Update Your Image'. From here you can click the 'Browse...' button to find a picture on your computer, then you can click the 'Upload' button. Please be aware that you are limited to a size of 200 by 500 pixels and a maximum file size of 100 KB.

How do I send a message to another user?

First log in with your username and password, then you should see the 'User Menu' on the left-hand side. Click on 'User List' under this menu to get a list of all users. You can search for users using the box provided, or you can browse through the list a page at a time. Once you find the user you wish to message, click on their name to view their profile page. From here you can type a quick message in the box provided and click 'Send Message'. If they are not a very active member of the website, you can send a message to their email address by moving the mouse over 'Messages' above their name and then click on 'Send Email'.
